Refund and damages Policy

At Solepardise, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure that you receive the best possible shopping experience.

We will gladly issue a refund if there was an error on our side that caused the product to be defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the product to request a refund. 

To process your refund request, our team will contact you to find a solution to the problem. We may offer a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original state. This includes the box, condition as listed on the website, and all accessories that were included in the product. Any signs of wear and tear or damage caused by the customer will result in the refund being denied.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
